## What Virtual Coffee Is

A focused, no-fluff 30-minute call with Kashmiere. One topic. Real conversation.

This is not therapy, not life coaching, and not a strategy retainer. It is one conversation — high-quality, specific, and direct.

Best for clients who:
- Want a second opinion before launching content or a product
- Are stuck on one specific confidence or creator problem
- Have questions they can only ask someone who has actually done it
- Want to talk to Kashmiere as a person, not a course

---

## Pre-Call Checklist (24 hours out)

- [ ] Confirm payment in Stripe
- [ ] Send intake form (see below) — client returns before call
- [ ] Add to GHL: tag `virtual-coffee-client`, move to appropriate pipeline
- [ ] Block calendar slot in Kashmiere's schedule
- [ ] Send Zoom/Meet link with calendar invite
- [ ] Read intake form 15 minutes before the call

**Intake form questions (send via email):**

1. What's the one thing you most want from this call?
2. What have you already tried?
3. What would make this call a win for you?
4. Is there anything I should know before we start?

## Call Run-of-Show (30 minutes)

**0:00–0:03 — Welcome**
- Brief connection: "How are you — what's going on in your world this week?"
- Not a full catch-up; keep to 3 minutes

**0:03–0:05 — Set the frame**
- "You told me you want to talk about [X]. Let's spend the 25 minutes on that. Is that still the priority?"
- Confirm or adjust based on their response

**0:05–0:25 — The work**
- Kashmiere listens more than she talks for the first 5 minutes
- Asks clarifying questions: "What does that actually look like?" / "When did this start?" / "What's the real fear here?"
- Gives specific, direct advice — not affirmations
- Offers one or two resources from the product library if relevant
- Does not over-promise or try to solve everything

**0:25–0:30 — Close**
- "Here's what I want you to walk away with today: [one thing]"
- "In the next 48 hours, do [one specific action]"
- "Where can you find me if something comes up? [Instagram, newsletter]"
- Do NOT oversell on the call — closing offer handled in follow-up email

---

## Post-Call Checklist (within 24 hours)

- [ ] Send follow-up email (template below)
- [ ] Log in GHL: tag `virtual-coffee-complete` `customer`; note topic in custom field

## Escalation

| Situation | Action |
|-----------|--------|
| Client no-show | Wait 10 minutes; send "checking in" DM; reschedule once free; second no-show = no refund |
| Client in emotional crisis on call | Acknowledge, redirect: "I hear you. I'm not a therapist but I'm here. Let's take a breath." Offer one grounding tool. Provide resource. End call with care. |
| Scope creep (client asks for ongoing coaching) | "That's not what Virtual Coffee is, but let me tell you what would serve you better: [mini course, DM Day, or future call]" |
| Tech failure mid-call | Switch to phone call; reschedule remaining time if > 10 min lost |
| Late cancellation (< 24h) | No refund; one reschedule allowed within 30 days |
