This workbook is not productivity culture.

It does not care about hustle, optimization, or squeezing every minute. It cares about real life — your real life, in your real season, with your real body and your real constraints.

"How I Do It" is a content series and a life philosophy that says: when you design systems that actually fit your life, you stop fighting yourself every day. You stop relying on motivation that comes and goes. You stop feeling behind.

Systems are not rigid. They are kind. They carry you on the days motivation does not show up.

## Chapter 1 — Friction Audit

Before you build new systems, see the existing friction clearly.

Friction is anything that makes daily life harder than it needs to be. Friction lives in small moments: the charger you can never find, the morning routine that somehow takes two hours, the content folder with no organization, the Monday pile of admin you avoided all week.

Friction is not your fault. Most of it was never designed. It accumulated.

## Chapter 2 — Minimum Viable Day

A Minimum Viable Day (MVD) is the smallest version of a day that still moves your life forward — and keeps you whole.

Not a perfect day. Not a productive day. The minimum. The floor, not the ceiling.

On days when life breaks (it will), your MVD keeps you from total collapse. On good days, you go beyond it. The MVD is always the baseline.

## Chapter 3 — Morning Open

Your morning sets the tone. Not because of some productivity rule — because the first inputs you receive shape your first hour, and your first hour shapes your day.

The goal is not a 5 AM miracle routine. The goal is a morning that opens intentionally, not reactively.

## Chapter 4 — Work Block Design

Most people do not struggle with willpower. They struggle with unclear containers.

A work block is a defined time container with a clear purpose, a start, and a stop.
