# Confidence Notes — 12-Week Email Library
### Weekly Emails for the Its Kashmiere Confidence Notes List
**By Kashmiere Culberson / Its Kashmiere**

*Built different. Living fully.*

---

**How to use this library:**
Each email is a complete, ready-to-send draft. Personalize with one real-life detail before sending — a moment from this week, a specific example, a line that feels true right now. That personalization is what makes it land like Kashmiere, not like a newsletter template.

Send: Tuesday or Thursday mornings.
Length: Keep each email as-is or trim. Never add more sections — short emails get read.
CTA: One per email. Rotate through the offer ladder (free → low-price → mid-price → premium).

## Week 1
**Subject:** You're allowed to begin

Hey {first_name},

Confidence doesn't always arrive as a roar.

Sometimes it arrives as a quiet decision to start before you feel ready — before the room claps, before the metrics prove it, before you've solved every concern.

That's what I've learned: the people who build something real aren't usually the most talented people in the room. They're the ones who gave themselves permission first.

This week's practice: take one action you've been waiting to feel "ready enough" to take. Not the whole thing. The first step. The one you've been postponing because approval hasn't arrived yet.

You can begin without it.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. If this landed for you, the full 7-day guide goes deeper. It's $17 and it's at https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop — made for exactly this.

## Week 2
**Subject:** You're more than one chapter

Hey {first_name},

When people try to reduce you to one thing, they're making it easier for them, not more accurate about you.

You are a mother and a professional. A creator and a believer. A person who has been through something and is still becoming something else. None of these cancel the others.

The practice this week: list every true role you hold. Then pick the one you most often leave off the list — the one you don't mention in your bio, don't bring to meetings, don't include when you introduce yourself.

Give that part of you 15 minutes today. Just 15. See what happens.

Your full story is not too much. The right people can hold it.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. If you're on TikTok, I've been showing up as the full version of me at @kashmieredior. Come see.

## Week 3
**Subject:** The voice in your head is running the show

Hey {first_name},

Whatever you think about yourself, you act from.

If your inner voice says you're behind, you'll feel behind even when you're ahead. If it says you're not good enough, evidence of your capability won't move the needle. If it says you're too much or not enough — you'll find ways to make that true.

The inner voice runs the show. Which means the most important work you can do this week is the voice work.

Here's the practice: catch one harsh self-directed thought. Write it down. Then write what you'd say to someone you love if they said the same thing about themselves.

Read the second version to yourself. Out loud.

That's the voice you deserve to hear from. That's the one we're building.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The affirmation cards are a daily practice for exactly this — 30 statements that retrain the voice. $9 in the shop: https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

## Week 4
**Subject:** A small system beats a big intention

Hey {first_name},

Every time.

Here's what I know about motivation: it's an emotional state. It comes and goes. You cannot build a life on a feeling that is sometimes available and sometimes isn't.

Systems, though — small, specific systems — they show up whether you feel like it or not.

This week, don't try to be more motivated. Try to reduce one friction point.

What's something that makes your day harder than it needs to be? What's the smallest design change that would fix it?

For me it was my phone. Not having it next to the bed changed my mornings. That's the whole change. Small. Specific. Real.

Build one thing this week that holds you on the days motivation doesn't.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The How I Do It Workbook is where I put all my systems thinking — for creators, mothers, and women building in public. $19 at https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

## Week 5
**Subject:** The boundary that saves your glow

Hey {first_name},

You cannot protect your peace with no structure.

It doesn't happen by accident. The people who seem to have this figured out — who seem calm and present and not constantly depleted — they have designed something. A rule about their phone. A time when work stops. A category of comments they don't engage with.

This week: name one boundary you've been meaning to set but haven't. Write exactly what it would sound like to hold it. Then practice holding it once — even just internally.

You don't have to announce it. You don't have to explain it. Just hold it.

What you protect, you can sustain.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The Mama Mode Boundaries Guide covers this for mothers specifically — protecting your peace while loving your people. $14 at https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

## Week 6
**Subject:** Mid-point check-in

Hey {first_name},

We're halfway through our twelve weeks together. I want to ask you something real.

Where has confidence been hardest for you recently?

Not in general — specifically. What situation, decision, platform, or relationship has been asking you for confidence you didn't have?

Write it down. Just name it.

Because naming the hard thing is the beginning of moving around it. And you don't have to have it solved to start working with it.

I'm showing up here every week because this work compounds. Six weeks in, something is building in you — even on the weeks it doesn't feel like it.

Keep going.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. If you want to go deeper than these weekly emails — the full 7-day guide is $17 and is built for this exact season of practice: https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

## Week 7
**Subject:** Brave action has a protocol

Hey {first_name},

Brave action is not the absence of fear.

If it were, it would be called confidence, not courage. Courage is the decision to move anyway — with the fear present, the outcome uncertain, the perfect conditions still absent.

Here's the protocol I use:

1. Name the specific brave action you've been postponing. Not "be more confident." Something specific.
2. Find the real fear underneath it — not the surface one.
3. List three times you've already been brave. Evidence that the courage exists.
4. Take the smallest complete first step within 48 hours.

The 48-hour rule matters. After 48 hours, fear rebuilds its case and the window closes.

What's your brave action this week?

P.S. This is Module 4 of the mini course — which I'm opening for a waitlist soon. Watch for it.

## Week 8
**Subject:** Building in public without losing yourself

Hey {first_name},

There's a version of being online that eats you alive.

You post what performs. You pivot to what trends. You share more than you should because the engagement went up. Three years later, you have an audience — and you feel nothing when you're in front of the camera.

That is not building. That is performing. And the audience eventually feels the difference.

Real connection comes from showing up as a whole person. Not sharing everything — sharing truthfully.

This week: identify one thing you're posting from anxiety or pressure, and one thing you'd post just because it's true. Then post the true thing.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The Creator Confidence Pack is built for this — showing up without selling your soul. $22 at https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

---

## Week 9
**Subject:** On rest and creation

Hey {first_name},

I've been thinking about what makes creative work sustainable.

It's not consistency, exactly. It's recovery. The creators who last don't just post constantly — they build recovery into the rhythm. They have a day where they're not thinking about content. They have a morning where they don't check the numbers. They have a creative practice that exists outside the algorithm.

What's your recovery practice? Not sleep — that's different. I mean: what restores you?

If you don't have an answer, that's the work this week.

Find one thing that genuinely restores you — not another form of consumption, not passive scroll, but something that leaves you more yourself when you're done.

Protect it. Schedule it. Do it.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. I talk about this in the Faith 14-Day — the intersection of rest, presence, and daily practice. $12 at https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

---

## Week 10
**Subject:** Comparison is a thief with good lighting

Hey {first_name},

The scroll will always show you someone who is further ahead.

More followers. Bigger launch. Better lighting. Cleaner aesthetic. More press. The comparison is designed into the platform — it's how the algorithm captures your attention.

But here's the thing: their path is not your measurement. Their ceiling is not your floor. And the energy you spend comparing is energy you're not spending building.

This week: mute one account that consistently makes you feel behind. You're not unfollowing. You're just removing the comparison from your daily intake.

Then create one thing you'd build if you had never seen what they're doing. That thing? Post that.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The 30-Day Living Fully Challenge has a whole day on comparison. It's $27 and it's worth every dollar for the community you'll build doing it together: https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop

## Week 11
**Subject:** What legacy actually looks like on a Tuesday

Hey {first_name},

Legacy is not built in highlight reels.

It is built in the Tuesday decision to create something true when you don't feel like it. In the parenting moment when you chose grace instead of frustration. In the business decision where you held your standard instead of accepting something off.

Legacy is not what you announce. It is what you accumulate.

This week: make one decision as if it were a legacy decision. Not a performance — a genuine one. Something that the future version of you would be proud of.

Then write about it. You don't have to post it. Just write it.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The book — Limitless — is coming. If you want to be first to know when it drops, you're in the right place. Stay on this list.

---

## Week 12
**Subject:** Twelve weeks. Look at what you built.

Hey {first_name},

You showed up for twelve weeks of this.

Not every week was easy. Not every practice landed. Some emails probably hit and some probably didn't. That's real.

But you're still here. You're still building. You're still becoming.

That is not small.

Here's what I want you to do before you close this email: write down three things you know now — about confidence, your voice, your practice, your worth — that you did not know twelve weeks ago.

Write them. Even if they feel obvious. Especially if they feel obvious. The things that feel obvious are the things that have already changed in you.

I'm proud of you for showing up.

Built different. Living fully.
— Kashmiere

P.S. The Confidence Starter Kit has everything to keep the practice going: the 7-day guide, 30 affirmation cards, and the workbook pages. $39 — it's the best value in the shop: https://its-kashmiere.pages.dev/shop
